My Story: From Darkness Into Light!

Hi, I’m Shawn Vibert.

Many people know me as Shawn the Light, the Kelowna Dancing Guy, and the Real Perspective Coach.

But before the dancing, before the message, before the light, there was a time in my life when I was completely lost.

I had built a successful online business called Nitro. At one point, I had around 4,000 affiliates and was making between $10,000 and $30,000 a month.

From the outside, it probably looked like success.

But inside, I was not free.

I spent years behind a computer, sometimes 16 hours a day, chasing money, chasing success, chasing the next level, and believing that once I made enough, everything would finally be okay.

But it was not okay.

I gained weight. I barely left the house. I stopped really living. I was stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted.

Then the business went under almost overnight.

And what hit me hardest was not just losing the money.

It was realizing that even when I had the money, I still was not truly happy.

That changed everything.

Money Was Not The Light

For years, I thought money was the answer.

I thought success would save me.

I thought if I just built the business, made the money, and reached the next level, then life would finally feel complete.

But when I got there, I realized the answer was not there.

Money was not the light.

Success was not the light.

The thing I thought would save me could not save me.

At the same time, I was dealing with pain, stress, and pills that had taken over my life. What started as something I thought would help slowly became something that controlled me.

I tried to break free more than once, but I kept falling back into the same battle.

Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, I was in one of the darkest places of my life.

For about two years, I would wake up not wanting to face the day.

I felt empty.

I felt trapped.

I felt like I had lost myself.

The Night Everything Changed!

Then one night, I reached the end of myself.

I cried out to God.

I told Him I was done living that way.

I did not want to keep carrying that pain, that darkness, that emptiness, and that heaviness anymore.

And then something happened that changed my life forever.

The next morning, I woke up early.

That alone was strange, because normally I would sleep late just to avoid facing another day.

But this morning was different.

I woke up, and the pain was gone.

I felt clear.

I felt alive.

I felt something I had not felt in a long time.

Hope.

I ran to the bathroom and looked in the mirror.

Before that day, when I looked into my own eyes, I saw darkness. I saw someone who was gone inside.

But that morning, I saw light.

I will never forget that moment.

I felt the presence of God.

I felt the presence of Christ.

I felt everything in my life click into a bigger picture.

The message I received was simple:

“You cannot go yet. You have a job to do. You do not fully know who you are yet. I saved you. Now go be the light for others.”

From that day forward, I never took another pill.

I never questioned whether God was real again.

I knew.

Not because someone told me.

Because I experienced it.

The Divine Encounter

Three days later, I had another experience that opened my eyes even more.

I was walking downtown when I began seeing what I can only describe as a field of energy — a flowing, living, mathematical pattern over reality.

It looked like light, movement, geometry, and energy all connected together.

It was like I could see the living flow behind the physical world.

Then suddenly, my watch popped off my wrist.

This was not a loose watch. It was a solid Guess watch that never just came off.

I knew something was trying to get my attention.

I dropped to the ground and said:

“Okay. You have my attention. I am listening.”

The message came through, not like normal words, but like direct understanding.

I was told to get rid of my electronics.

So I threw away my watch and my digital camera.

Then a yellow circle appeared in front of me, like a glowing ring in my reality.

I was told to place that yellow circle on my arm where the watch had been.

When I did, I stood up and saw myself inside what looked like a flowing torus field — like a ball of energy moving up, around, and through me.

Then I was guided back toward the alleyway.

When I looked up, I saw what I can only describe as a massive being of energy.

It looked like a living ball of light, flowing and moving, with a center that seemed to communicate with me.

I spoke with this presence for what felt like hours.

I asked questions about life, God, energy, reality, and why we are here.

And I received a massive download of understanding.

What I Was Shown!

The message was that life is not just physical.

We are not just bodies.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

We are energy.

We are consciousness.

We are connected to something far greater than what most people can see.

Later, when I went inside, I saw another symbol — a green one.

A one and a zero.

In that moment, I understood it as a message about reality itself.

This world is more than a physical place.

It is a divine system.

A living field.

A sacred experience.

A game of growth, choice, awareness, energy, and love.

From that point on, I knew my life was not just about surviving.

It was about serving.

It was about helping others remember who they are.

Why I Dance?

That is why I dance.

That is why I speak.

That is why I share the message.

God told me to get out there, get people’s attention, and be the light.

So I do.

I dance because it is one of the best feelings on Earth.

I dance because when I move, I feel the divine artist flowing through me.

I dance because I feel one with God, one with life, one with the art, and one with the Artist.

I dance because I get to light people up.

The smiles.

The honks.

The waves.

The high fives.

The videos.

The people who stop me and say I made their day better.

That is why I keep going.

The dancing is the doorway.

The real message is joy, courage, awareness, love, faith, freedom, and taking your power back.

The Real Perspective!

The deep truth about life is this:

You have been taught to believe you are less than you are.

You have been taught to give your power away to fear, pain, people, systems, labels, opinions, and the physical world.

But you are not just physical.

You are a soul having a human experience.

The physical world did not create your soul.

Your soul is connected to God, source, life, love, intelligence, and the divine field that gives life to all things.

The real problem most people have is not that they are broken.

It is that they do not know who they truly are?

When you know who you are, you begin to respect yourself.

When you respect yourself, you begin to love yourself.

When you love yourself, you stop living below the line.

You stop living in fear.

You stop living in darkness.

You stop giving your power away.

Heaven Is A State.

You do not need to wait until you die to enter heaven.

You can enter a higher state right now.

Heaven is a state of energy.

Hell is a state of energy.

Above the line is awareness, love, courage, gratitude, truth, peace, responsibility, and positive energy.

Below the line is fear, blame, shame, anger, ego, pain, unawareness, and negative energy.

The line is the reset point.

The choice is yours.

Every day, you are either feeding the state of heaven or feeding the state of hell through your thoughts, words, actions, habits, and energy.

That is why I teach people to speak life.

That is why I dance.

That is why I use affirmations.

That is why I send love and light to people.

That is why I tell people:

Stop giving your power away.

Know who you are.

Let the old story go.

Take your power back.

Today, not tomorrow.

The Golden Age begins when we wake up to the source of all life within ourselves.

Do you see you?

Do you see that God is not far away from you?

God is in you, me, and everything.

God is the intelligence, life, love, and imagination behind all creation.

We are one with the art and the Artist.

Why I Am Here!

I am not here because my life was perfect.

I am here because I was in darkness, and God brought me back to light.

Now my mission is to help others move from darkness into light too.

Not by pretending life is easy.

Not by ignoring pain.

But by changing perspective, shifting energy, taking responsibility, reconnecting with God, and remembering who you truly are.

You are not your past.

You are not your pain.

You are not your anxiety.

You are not your depression.

You are not your mistakes.

You are not the darkness you have been carrying.

You are loved.

You are valued.

You are seen.

You are not alone.

You are a soul having a human experience.

And you have the power to take your power back.
